Innocent Mulenga

Innocent Mulenga is Zambian Primatologist at Chimfunshi Wildlife Orphanage. He graduated from the University of Zambia in 2004 where he earned his Master of Science degree in Primate Conservation from Oxford Brookes University in the UK in 2007. Chimfunshi is one of the largest chimpanzee sanctuaries in the world and Innocent Mulenga is the only African born General Manager to manage the operations of a sanctuary that size. The facility has provided care and protection to about 200 Chimpanzees since its opening.

Geri Thomas


Ms. Geri Thomas serves as the President of Georgia Operations and Global Diversity & Inclusion Executive at Bank of America Corporation. Ms. Thomas works for Global Human Resources at Bank of America and served as its Chief Diversity Officer. She began her career with Bank of America in 1970 in consumer banking support and has been the senior staffing executive responsible for staffing activities in support of the Bank of America Global Consumer and Small Business Bank since 2001.

Hugh Molotsi


Mr. Hugh Molotsi serves as Vice President of Technology Innovation at Intuit. Mr. Molotsi joined Intuit in 1993 where he has helped develop several solutions for small businesses. He serves as a Member of CSO Advisory Board at Qualys, Inc. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Thomas Konditi


Thomas Konditi is the Chief Financial Officer for GE Africa. He is responsible for the oversight of sub-Saharan Africa finance, capital markets, financial services, treasury and tax support for the $2 Billion operation across 14 countries. A native of Kenya, Thomas is based in Nairobi and reports directly to Jay Ireland, President and CEO, GE Africa.
